The invention discloses an intelligent goods delivery system applied to a residential building and a residential district. The intelligent goods delivery system comprises a goods starting region, a goods arrival region, an intelligent goods delivery device and a special goods channel, wherein the goods starting region is arranged inside or around the residential building and the residential district as a starting region for goods delivery; at least one part of the goods arrival region is positioned inside a house of the residential building or communicates with the inner part of the house of the residential building as a target area for goods delivery; the intelligent goods delivery device is used as a carrying body for goods delivery; and the special goods channel communicates with the goods starting region and the goods arrival region as a delivery road for the intelligent goods delivery device. The intelligent goods delivery system has the beneficial effects that: firstly, express or take-away delivery dos not need to deliver with a personnel, and goods can be sent home or to special positions, so that residents and users are convenient; and secondly, the residents or the userscan be allowed to place an order for goods to be sent or recycled so as to wait for fetch by an intelligent delivery device, so that the residents and the users are convenient.
