Semi-rigid concrete pavement base material, and preparation method and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a semi-rigid concrete pavement base material, and a preparation method and a construction method thereof. The semi-rigid concrete pavement base material is prepared from, by mass, 40 to 50 parts of Portland cement, 75 to 90 parts of quartz sand, 120 to 140 parts of gravel, 20 to 30 parts of blast furnace slag powder, 15 to 20 parts of desulfurized gypsum powder, 20 to 30 parts of a modified polypropylene fiber, 5 to 10 parts of an alkali activator and 1 to 1.5 parts of redispersible latex powder. The construction method comprises the following steps: adding water into the pavement base material according to a material-liquid ratio of (0.15-0.2) mL: 1 g, uniformly stirring, pouring the pavement at 15-30 DEG C, and naturally curing for 20-30 days. The semi-rigid concrete pavement base material disclosed by the invention has both flexibility and rigidity, and has the advantages of high mechanical strength, embrittlement resistance, favorable stability, high bondingstrength, favorable light aging resistance and favorable weather resistance. Polar functional groups -COOH(-NH2), -CONH- and -SO3Na are introduced into a polypropylene molecular chain, so that the hydrophilicity of polypropylene is improved, and the polypropylene fiber is stably compatible with concrete mortar; and the light aging resistance and high and low temperature resistance of the polypropylene fiber are improved by introducing a Si-O bond.
本发明公开一种半刚性混凝土路面基层材料及其制备方法和施工方法,包括以下质量份原料:硅酸盐水泥40~50份、石英砂75~90份、砾石120~140份、高炉矿渣粉20~30份、脱硫石膏粉15~20份、改性聚丙烯纤维20~30份、碱激发剂5~10份、可再分散乳胶粉1~1.5份;其施工方法为:按(0.15~0.2)mL:1g的料液比向所述路面基层材料中加入水,搅拌均匀后,于15~30℃浇筑路面,并自然养护20~30d。本发明半刚性混凝土路面基层材料兼具柔性和刚性,机械强度高、抗脆裂、稳定性良好、粘结强度高、抗光老化及耐候性优良,通过在聚丙烯分子链中引入极性官能团‑COOH(‑NH)、‑CONH‑、‑SONa,进而改善聚丙烯亲水性,使聚丙烯纤维与混凝土砂浆稳定相容,并通过引入Si‑O键提高聚丙烯纤维的耐光老化性和耐高低温性。
