Prefabricated pavement structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated pavement structure which comprises multiple flat plates and stand columns. The flat plate (1) is a regular octagonal concrete precast block body and the stand column (2) is a regular quadrangular frustum pyramid. Semicircular notches matched with the upper bottom surfaces of the regular octagonal flat plate block body and the regular quadrangular frustum pyramid are formed in the regular octagonal flat plate block body; the regular octagonal flat plate block bodies are rectangular, the angles of the side faces of regular quadrangular frustums of the regular octagonal flat plate block bodies are matched, the pavement pattern design is that the four regular octagonal flat plate block bodies are connected to form a #-like shape, and the regular quadrangular frustums are inserted into the middle of the #-like shape, so that the regular quadrangular frustums are embedded into the middles of the four regular octagonal flat plate block bodies to form apavement assembly unit. According to the prefabricated pavement structure and the construction method thereof, the structures of the flat plates and the stand columns are simple, factory standardizedprefabrication is convenient, and the prefabrication and installation efficiency is improved by adopting the large-size prefabricated plates; in addition, force is transmitted to the lower portion through the supporting columns, the plate arch stress form is achieved by means of inter-plate thrust, so that the prefabricated assembly type pavement structure has the advantage of being high in layingand installing efficiency.
