Fabricated temporary construction road and construction method
The invention provides a fabricated temporary road and a construction method. The fabricated temporary road comprises a roadbed, a geotextile layer, a macadam layer and an assembling plate layer whichare sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The assembling plate layer is formed by splicing a plurality of assembling plates in a staggered joint mode, and any two adjacent assembling plates are connected through a clamping structure; the macadam layer is arranged below the assembling plate layer and used for enhancing the flatness of the assembling plate layer; the geotextile layer is arranged below the macadam layer and used for matching the macadam layer so as to discharge water seeping from the assembling plate layer. According to the fabricated temporary road, all the prefabricated assembling plates are spliced in a staggered joint mode to form a road system, so that the integrity of the road is improved; industrial and standardized large-scale production can be realized, and theconstruction speed is greatly increased; the assembling plate is convenient to maintain and replace; the device can be repeatedly recycled after being used, so that the construction cost is saved, andthe resource waste is reduced; in addition, the macadam layer and the geotextile layer are arranged below the assembling plate layer, so that the bottom of the assembling plate can be prevented fromdisengaging from a roadbed.
本发明提供了一种装配式临时道路及施工方法,包括:自底部向顶部依次设置的路基、土工布层、碎石层和装配板层;装配板层由多块装配板错缝拼接而成,任意相邻的两块装配板之间通过卡合结构连接;碎石层设置在装配板层的下方,用以增强装配板层的平整度;土工布层设置在碎石层的下方,用以与碎石层相配合,以排出装配板层渗下来的水。本发明提供的装配式临时道路将各块预制装配板错缝拼接形成道路系统,有利于增加道路的整体性;可实现工业化、标准化规模生产,大大加快了施工速度;装配板维修、更换方便;使用完可以重复周转使用,节约了施工成本,减少了资源的浪费;此外,在装配板层下方设置碎石层和土工布层,可以避免装配板底部与路基脱空。
