The invention discloses a multifunctional forestry warning device which comprises a storage frame, a solar cell panel, a supporting plate and a balance weight mechanism. Supporting plates are arrangedon the two sides of the storage frame. The supporting plate is connected with the storage frame through two sets of connecting bolts. A plurality of sets of connecting through holes matched with theconnecting bolts are formed in the side face of the supporting plate. The bottom end of the supporting plate is connected with a balance weight mechanism assisting in stabilization. A storage box is welded to the top end of the storage frame. The top end of the storage box is an inclined plane; an inclined solar cell panel is connected to the top end of the storage box through bolts, the peripheryof the solar cell panel is sleeved with a tempered glass cover made of a transparent material, the two sides of the storage box are rotationally connected with door frames through spring hinges, perspective channels are formed in the front ends of the door frames, and perspective windows made of tempered glass are bonded to the inner walls of the perspective channels. The multifunctional forestrywarning device not only can play a role in warning and directing, but also can transmit nearby environment information.
