One or more embodiments of the invention provide a rail guardrail type emergency conveying device for an expressway. The device comprises a rail guardrail and a shuttle-shaped conveying cylinder, andis characterized in that the shuttle-shaped conveying cylinder is arranged right above the rail guardrail. The rail guardrail comprises a conveying rail, a vertical column is arranged below the conveying rail, and a wavy guardrail is arranged on the outer side of the vertical column. The conveying rail structure is arranged on a common guardrail and thus the functionality of the expressway guardrail is expanded; the blocking protection function is not only supported any more and the device can also be used as a conveying rail; the shuttle-shaped conveying cylinder which is correspondingly arranged can be arranged on the conveying rail through a clamping wheel framework which matches the conveying rail; and a common road blocked by a traffic accident is avoided through the conveying rail onthe guardrail, so that the vehicle can be driven into a trapped area of the wounded person and the wounded person is conveyed out through the guardrail, and a situation that the rescue personnel cannot smoothly enter an accident site and accordingly rescue of the personnel is affected is avoided.
