The invention discloses a movable isolation guardrail system and a reversible lane changing method, and relates to the technical field of intelligent transportation. The isolation guardrail system comprises a rail used for fixing an isolation guardrail, a plurality of isolation modules arranged on the rail and connected end to end, connecting assemblies used for connecting the adjacent isolation modules and a control system. According to the movable isolation guardrail system and the reversible lane changing method, the movable isolation guardrail system moves under the driving effect of an electric push rod, so that a track is prevented from being pre-buried in the road surface, and damage to the road surface is reduced; meanwhile, rails with iron sheets are laid on the road surface, electromagnetic positioning devices are arranged in the isolation modules, and the isolation modules are fixed through the attraction effect of electromagnets and the iron sheets, so that the stability ofthe isolation guardrail is improved; the connecting assemblies are arranged between every two adjacent isolation modules, so that the isolation guardrail can achieve curve continuous movement, lane changing is more flexible, and the movement track better conforms to the movement track of a vehicle; and the isolation guardrail can be controlled in a segmented mode.
