A foundation body is poured on the left side of the top of the ground surface. An insertion rod is connected to the right side of the top of the ground surface in an inserted manner. A vertical rod is fixedly connected to the top of the insertion rod. A pressing plate is fixedly connected to the top of the vertical rod. A side plate is fixedly connected with the right side of the vertical rod. Scale marks are formed on the front side of the side plate. A guide pillar is fixedly connected to an inner cavity of the vertical rod in the vertical direction.
