Novel integrated pump station based on submersible electric pump
The invention discloses a novel integrated pump station based on a submersible electric pump and belongs to the technical field of the water conservancy project. A partition board divides the interiorof a shaft into a dry area and a wet area; a submersible pump, a centrifugal pump, a control cabinet and a escalator component are arranged in the dry area space; a water diversion table is welded tothe bottom of the water inlet of a water pump and can adjust the water flow at the outlet of an elbow type water intake pipe to provide a better flow state for the inlet of the water pump; a pressurepipe elastic connector, a water outlet check valve and a water outlet valve are sequentially arranged on a water outlet pipe from left to right to jointly form a cutoff system on a water outlet pipeline, so that backward water flow is avoided when the water pump halts to avoid reverse rotation of the water pump; and an air port formed in the cutoff system is connected with the water outlet pipe to prevent the backward water flow from forming local low pressure in the pipeline. The novel integrated pump station further increases the integrated degree of the pump station while ensuring the advantages of the integrated pump station, increases the discharge coefficient of the integrated pump station, improves the flow state in a pump device, reduces the barrier of onsite positioning hoistingand simplifies the engineering structure.
一种基于潜水电泵的新型一体化泵站,属于水利工程技术领域,隔板将井筒内部分隔成干区和湿区,潜水泵、离心泵、控制柜、扶梯部件均设置在干区空间中,水泵进水口底部焊接有导水台,可调整肘型进水管出口处的水流,给水泵进口提供较好的流态,出水管上从左至右依次设置压力管弹性接头、出水止回阀和出水阀门,共同组成出水管路上的断流系统,避免在水泵停机时,水流倒灌,造成水泵倒转,在断流系统处设有通气口与出水管相连,防止倒灌回来的水流,在管道内形成局部的低压,本发明在保证一体化泵站的优势下,进一步提高了泵站的一体化程度,提高了一体化泵站的流量系数,提高泵装置中的流态,减少现场定位吊装的障碍,简化了工程的结构。
