The invention relates to a telescopic ultraviolet lamp, which comprises an ultraviolet lamp assembly and a power assembly for driving the ultraviolet lamp assembly to extend out of or retract into a closestool body, wherein the ultraviolet lamp assembly comprises an installation support, an installation support cover plate and an ultraviolet lamp support, and an ultraviolet sterilization lamp module is installed on the ultraviolet lamp installation support. The invention further provides an intelligent closestool with the telescopic ultraviolet lamp and a using method. During use, a power assembly drives the ultraviolet lamp support to extend out and retract; when in need of use, the power assembly drives the ultraviolet lamp bracket to extend out; when not needed, the power assembly drives the ultraviolet lamp support to retract; therefore, the ultraviolet lamp is located in the closestool body when the closestool is not used, the purposes of protecting the ultraviolet lamp, avoidingexternal pollution, prolonging the service life of the ultraviolet lamp and improving the sterilization effect are achieved; in addition, the telescopic ultraviolet lamp cannot interfere with the leftline of a seat cover, cannot cause ultraviolet damage to the human body and is good in safety.
