The invention provides a trough type urinal cleaner with a cleaning mechanism. The trough type urinal cleaner comprises a main body and the cleaning mechanism, wherein the main body is connected withan indoor sewer pipeline through a bottom end discharge trough, and the main body induces a person to open a valve of the main body automatically to discharge water flow for cleaning after the personleaves through using an inductor connected with one side of the top end; and the cleaning mechanism is connected to a connecting shaft in an embedded and sleeved mode by means of a sleeving shaft andconnected to the positions, close to the two sides, of the middle surface of a collecting groove of the main body. According to the trough type urinal cleaner with the cleaning mechanism, by means ofthe cleaning mechanism, when water flow flows on the collecting tank, the two sides of the cleaning mechanism are inconsistently and oppositely arranged, so that the water flow impacts on the two sides are different, the cleaning mechanism can obliquely rotate towards one side, and dirt attached to the surface of the middle of the collecting tank is cleaned through rotation of the cleaning mechanism.
