The invention discloses a drainage pipeline cover plate. The cover plate comprises a base, an odor-resistant cover arranged in the base and a water leakage cover plate arranged at the upper end of thebase; the base comprises a bottom plate and three layers of enclosing walls on the bottom plate, wherein the three layers of enclosing walls form a garbage storage tank and a water storage tank; theodor-resistant cover is buckled at the upper end of the third enclosing wall, can prevent odor, germs, mosquitoes and flies in a drainage pipeline from diffusing into the atmosphere no matter whetherwater exists in the water storage tank or not and does not affect drainage to the drainage pipeline; and the water leakage cover plate is provided with long-strip-shaped hollowed-out grooves and roundwater leakage holes, wherein rotating rods are arranged in the hollowed-out grooves. According to the cover plate, when rainfall happens, various leaves, paper scraps, waste plastic and other garbagecan easily flow to the garbage storage groove along with water flow, so that the smooth drainage is guaranteed.
