When it rains, the rotating assembly is rotated by the impact of running water, all kinds of leaves, scraps of paper, waste plastics andother garbage are easily taken into the garbage storage cavity by a rotating worm, the garbage is left in the garbage storage cavity, the garbage on the cover plate is prevented from blocking the cover plate, meanwhile the garbage is prevented from flowing into a drainage pipe and blocking the drainage pipe, and smooth drainage is guaranteed.
