The invention belongs to the field of wooden buildings, and particularly relates to an energy-saving quick-release wooden building. The energy-saving quick-release wooden building comprises a roof, awooden frame mechanism, a base and fixed wallboards, wherein the roof is mounted on the top of the wooden frame mechanism inserted into the base, and the heat-insulating wooden fixed wallboards are mounted around the wooden frame mechanism. In the mounting process, due to the fact that a wedge B and a wedge C which are matched with common tenons on an auxiliary cross beam cannot enter wedge-shapedmortises under blocking of stop blocks inserted into the corresponding wedge-shaped mortises in advance, the wedge B and the wedge C which are used for fastening the common tenons on the auxiliary cross beam and the corresponding common mortises cannot abut against wedge-shaped tenons on a main cross beam A inserted into the wedge-shaped mortises later, quick release of the main cross beam A fromstand columns during disassembling is not affected, and therefore, the quick disassembling efficiency of the temporarily-built energy-saving quick-release wooden building after use is improved.
