High-ductility buckling restrained brace and core plate structure thereof
The invention relates to a high-ductility buckling restrained brace and a core plate structure thereof. The core plate structure comprises core plates and ductility reinforcing layers, wherein the core plates are fixed on stiffening plates of the core plates; and the ductility reinforcing layers wrap the core plates at the end parts, corresponding to the stiffening plates, of the core plates, andare attached and fixed to the surfaces of the core plates. According to the high-ductility buckling restrained brace, the ductility reinforcing layers are adopted to wrap the core plates from the endparts, corresponding to the stiffening plates, of the core plates and are attached and fixed to the surfaces of the core plates, in the using process of the high-ductility buckling restrained brace, and the ductility reinforcing layers perform adaptive stress along with stretching or compressing to share stress of the parts of the core plates, so that the stress of the parts of the core plates corresponding to the ductility reinforcing layers is reduced, the parts of the core plates are prevented from being snapped, the ductility of the joints of the core plates, reinforcing core plates and the stiffening plates is protected, the probability that the core plates and the stiffening plates are damaged in the joint areas is reduced, and the service life of the buckling restrained brace is prolonged.
本发明涉及一种高延性屈曲约束支撑及其芯板结构,其中芯板结构包括:芯板;固定于芯板的加劲板;延性加强层,于芯板上对应于加劲板的端部处包裹于芯板,且和芯板的表面贴设固定。本发明通过采用延性加强层从芯板上对应于加劲板的端部处包裹于芯板并和芯板表面贴设固定,在高延性屈曲约束支撑使用过程中,延性加强层随着拉伸或压缩进行适应性受力,分担该部分芯板的受力,从而降低延性加强层所对应的部分芯板的受力,避免该部分的芯板被拉断,保护了芯板,加强芯板和加劲板的交接位置处的延性,降低芯板和加劲板在交接区域破坏的概率,提高了屈曲约束支撑的使用寿命。
