Assembly type supporting system
The invention provides an assembly type supporting system. The system involves two vertical components, a supporting assembly and a composite floor slab, wherein the supporting assembly comprises inclined supports and two supporting plates, wherein the two supporting plates are fixed to the edges of the top ends of the vertical components correspondingly, the bottom sides of the two ends of the composite floor slab are placed on the upper surfaces of the two supporting plates correspondingly, the top ends of the inclined supports are connected with the vertical components or the supporting plates, and the bottom ends of the inclined supports are hinged to the ground or the next floor. According to the assembly type supporting system, the composite floor slab, the vertical prefabricated components and the supporting assembly form an overall stress structural system similar to a truss; the bearing capacity of the vertical components is fully utilized, and the purposes of avoiding vertical support, reducing the workload of supporting erection, shortening the construction period and reducing the cost can be achieved; and the vertical prefabricated components and horizontal prefabricated components are connected together through the supporting plates, and horizontal loads borne by the composite floor slab in the construction process can be transmitted to the vertical prefabricated components through the supporting plates to achieve the overall stress.
本发明提供一种装配式支撑体系,包括两个竖向构件、支撑组件以及叠合楼板,支撑组件包括斜支撑和两个支撑板,两个支撑板分别固定于竖向构件的顶端边缘,叠合楼板的两端底侧分别搁置于两个支撑板的上表面,斜支撑的顶端与竖向构件或者支撑板连接,斜支撑的底端铰接于地面或下一层楼板。本发明的装配式支撑体系,叠合楼板、竖向预制构件以及支撑组件之间形成一个类似于桁架的整体受力的结构体系。充分利用了竖向构件的承载能力,可以实现免去竖向支撑,减少支撑搭设工作量,节省工期降低成本的目的;通过支撑板将竖向预制构件和水平预制构件连接在一起,施工过程中叠合楼板所承受的水平荷载可通过支撑板传递到竖向预制构件上实现整体受力。
