The invention discloses a building inner wall plastering method based on an automatic plastering device. The building inner wall plastering method comprises the following steps that A, firstly, two supporting frames are connected into a whole through a connecting assembly, so that a mortar outlet I, a mortar outlet II and two discharge openings are positioned on the same horizontal line; B, any one supporting frame is turned over, and a mortar supplementing box I, a mortar supplementing box II and plastering faces of two plastering boxes are matched with a wall face; C, the two plastering boxes synchronously ascend and descend on the supporting frames, and a plurality of material feeding assemblies carry out feeding on the mortar outlet I, the mortar outlet II and the two discharging openings at the same time; and D, the step B and the step C are repeated till the plastering procedure of the inner wall face is completed. According to the building inner wall plastering method based on the automatic plastering device, the flow of mortar flowing out of the discharging openings in unit time can be controlled, so that the situation that the mortar overflow amount is too large in the ascending or descending process of a plastering machine is avoided, and the usage amount of mortar is reduced while it is guaranteed that the plastering procedure is normally carried out.
