The invention discloses a hoisting device and a hoisting method for a steel bar truss floor support plate. The hoisting device comprises a supporting structure, and connecting hanging pieces, whereinthe supporting structure comprises a supporting cross beam located above the steel bar truss floor support plate, the two ends of the steel bar truss floor support plate are connected with a structural beam, and a suspension space is reserved between the supporting cross beam and the steel bar truss floor support plate; and one ends of the connecting hanging pieces are connected with the supporting structure, and the other ends of the connecting hanging pieces are connected with the steel bar truss floor support plate. According to the hoisting device, the hoisting device can serve as temporary support to guarantee the construction safety of concrete pouring, and the construction efficiency and the construction quality of steel bar truss floor support plate laying are improved.
