Protective devices for installing rubber waterstops and construction method
The invention discloses protective devices for installing rubber waterstops and a construction method. The protective devices comprise two kinds of structures which are an inverted-T-shaped structureand a U-shaped structure, wherein the protective device of the inverted-T-shaped structure is used for the waterstop which is not pre-embedded in concrete, and the U-shaped structure is used for the waterstop which is pre-embedded in the concrete. Through the protective structures, the horizontal and vertical rubber waterstops can be effectively fixed, firmness and stability of the waterstops areensured, the difficulty for fixing the waterstops is lowered, the risk of water leakage of the waterstops at expansion joints is reduced, and the possibility of later reworking is lowered. Rebars areadopted for making the protective devices, the protective devices are installed onto rebars tied on the two sides, the problems that the waterstops cannot be fixed, fixing is not firm, and consequently the expansion joints leak water are solved very well, and the project quality and progress are ensured. The protective devices are simple in structure, local materials are used, the protective devices only need to be made according to the site environment at the site, the construction cost is controlled effectively, and the work efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种安装橡胶止水带的防护装置及施工方法,防护装置包括两种结构,分别为凸字头结构和凹字头结构,其中,凸字头结构防护装置用于未预埋于混凝土的止水带,凹字头结构用于已经预埋于混凝土的止水带;该装置能够有效固定水平和竖向的橡胶止水带,保证止水带的牢固和稳定,降低了固定止水带的难度,减小了伸缩缝处止水带漏水的风险,降低了后期返工的可能性。采用钢筋制作该装置,并安装到两边绑扎好的钢筋上,很好的解决了止水带无法固定,固定不牢靠从而导致伸缩缝漏水的难题,保证了工程质量和进度。该装置结构简单,就地取材,只需要在现场根据现场环境制作即可,有效控制了施工成本,并且提高了工作效率。
