The invention discloses a high-floor energy-saving glass window device. The high-floor energy-saving glass window device comprises a window body; a working cavity is formed in the window body; a working trough is formed below the working cavity; a U-shaped chute with a rightward opening is formed in the edge of the window body; a sunshade power generating assembly used for shading indoors, savingenergy and generating power is arranged in the working cavity; the sunshade power generating assembly comprises a bottom plate which is connected to the inner wall of the bottom side of the working cavity in a manner of sliding left and right; and a connecting box is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the bottom side of the working trough. When the device works, a solar panel can perform shadingindoors, saving energy and generating power through the sunshade power generating assembly; indoor space can be subjected to cooling or warm keeping by a fan impeller through a refrigerating warm-keeping assembly; the starting of shading and generating power or cleaning can be controlled through an adjustment control assembly; glass can be cleaned by a brush plate and the solar panel can be cleaned by a cleaning plate through a cleaning assembly; the energy utilization rate is improved; and the energy consumption is reduced.
