Excavation method of shaft-well type drainage tunnel
The invention relates to an excavation method of a shaft-well type drainage tunnel. The excavation method comprises the steps: after excavation and support of an upper horizontal section, a lower horizontal section and a part of bended section of the drainage tunnel, forming an included angle theta which is greater than 0 between axis of a mucking shaft and axis of a shaft well under a circumstance that it is ensured that the linear distance between a pioneer well of a raise boring machine and a shaft well structure of the tunnel is greater than or equal to 2 m according to tunnel diameter andinstallation and operating height demands of equipment; designing a base of the raise boring machine to form an included angle theta with the horizontal plane; and carrying out design arrangement infollow-up blasting by a one-shot one-design principle. The excavation method solves the problem that it is needed to carry out massive expanding excavation on the upper bended section and the lower bended section to meet the mounting and operating height demands of the raise boring machine as the drainage tunnel is limited by spaces of the upper and lower bended sections. By adjusting the axis ofthe mucking shaft, the axis of the mucking shaft and the axis of the shaft well form the included angle which is greater than or equal to 0, so that the mounting height and operating height demands ofthe raise boring machine are met as much as possible and expanding excavation of the upper and lower bended sections and backfilling in a later period are avoided, and therefore, the cost is saved and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种竖井式引水隧道开挖方法。包括:在完成引水隧道上平段、下平段及部分弯段开挖支护后,依据隧道直径、设备安装及运行高度需求在保证反井钻机导井与隧道竖井结构线距离大于等于2m的条件下,使溜渣井轴线与竖井轴线形成大于零度的夹角θ,将反井钻机基础设计成与水平面夹角为θ,后续爆破采用一炮一设计原则进行设计布置。本发明解决了引水隧道受上、下弯段空间限制,为满足反井钻机安装及运行高度需求,需对上弯段及下弯段进行大量扩挖的问题;通过调整溜渣井轴线,使其与竖井轴线形成大于零度的夹角,以尽可能的实现反井钻机安装高度及运行高度要求,避免或减少了上、下弯段的扩挖及后期的回填,节约成本,缩短施工工期。
