The invention discloses a manufacturing and construction method of a large curved surface special-shaped plate. The manufacturing and construction method comprises the steps of establishing a three-dimensional model; manufacturing a sample through 3D printing according to the three-dimensional model; cutting the sample into a plurality of sections, and correspondingly manufacturing a mold for eachsection, wherein each mold is used for correspondingly manufacturing and forming a wallboard; transporting each section of wallboard to a construction site; and sequentially hoisting and splicing allsections of wallboards until a complete large curved surface special-shaped board is formed. According to the manufacturing and construction method of the large curved surface special-shaped plate, the sample is manufactured through 3D printing, the sample can be cut to reduce the size of each mold, then errors existing in mold manufacturing are reduced, the wallboards are manufactured through the molds, all sections of wallboards can be transported respectively, the transportation cost is reduced, and the cut wallboards are convenient to hoist on the construction site; and the construction progress, quality, safety and the like are effectively optimized, the construction safety and progress are guaranteed, and the use amount of manpower and material resources is reduced.
