The invention relates to vehicle window control technologies, in particular to a vehicle window control system, device and method for vehicle safety and a computer readable medium. The vehicle windowcontrol system comprises: a vehicle window lifting electric control module used for vehicle window lifting control of a vehicle; a standby power supply module set to reach a preset waterproof level; afalling-into-water detection module used for sensing water regime data; and a control module used for acquiring water regime data, judging whether the vehicle falls into water or not based on the water regime data, and switching the vehicle window lifting electric control module from power supply by a main power supply to power supply by the standby power supply module in response to the vehiclefalling into water. Failure of the control system of the power window after the automobile falls into water can be avoided, so that the control system of the window can be normally started when the automobile falls into water, and people in the automobile can escape in time.
