The grinding aid comprises 15-19parts of dispersing substances (comprising 42.0-48.0 parts of an early strength polyether monomer, 0.22-0.23 part of hydrogen peroxide, 1.81-2.72 parts of an active monomer, 0.165-0.168 part of a chain transfer agent, 0.059-0.062 part of a catalyst, 3.47-4.53 parts of sodium hydroxide (with the concentration of 30%) and 45.0-53.0 parts of purified water); 21-27 parts of a main grinding aid substance (comprising 25-35 parts of alkylol amine, 15-25 parts of alkylol amine ester and 40-50 parts of tap water); 6-11 parts of a secondary grinding aid substance; 3-7 parts of lubricating substances; 1-4 parts of retarding substances; and 32-54 parts of tap water. By the adoption of the product, the beneficial effects of improving the yield, reinforcing, saving energy, reducing emission, and the like can be achieved.
