A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention discloses a firing process of China celadon. According to the firing process, the glaze firing temperature ranges from 1050 DEG C to 1150 DEG C, a rapid cooling mode is adopted for cooling during glaze firing, and the cooling rate ranges from 130 DEG C/min to 150 DEG C/min. The firing process comprises the following steps: blank preparation, glazing, biscuiting, applique and/or goldtracing and/or gold printing, and glaze firing. Electric kiln firing method is adopted. The purpose of rapid cooling is achieved by adjusting heat dissipation holes, a kiln door and a chimney. By adopting the firing process of the China celadon, the firing rate reaches 100% from less than 50%. And moreover, the patterns on the surface of the fired porcelain body are integrated, so that the seamless connection degree is achieved.
