The invention discloses a ceramsite proppant prepared from waste high-voltage electroceramics and a preparation process. The ceramsite proppant is prepared by taking the waste high-voltage electric porcelain, gasification furnace slag, clay, shale and a sintering aid as raw materials and performing mixing, granulation, screening and sintering. The proppant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40-70% of the waste high-voltage electric porcelain, 10-30% of the gasification furnace slag, 10-20% of the clay, 0-20% of the shale and 0-10% of the sintering aid, with the sumof mass percentages of the waste high-voltage electric porcelain, the gasification furnace slag, the clay, the shale and the sintering aid being 100%, and the addition amounts of the shale and the sintering aid being not zero simultaneously. The performance of the ceramsite proppant prepared by the method meets the SY/T 5108-2014 industrial standard. The waste high-voltage electric porcelain is used as a raw material, so that resource recycling and environmental protection are realized, waste utilization is realized by using the raw material, the additional value of the waste high-voltage electric porcelain is increased, and the preparation cost is reduced; the performance of the prepared ceramsite proppant meets the industrial standard requirements, and the preparation process cost is low.
