The invention discloses a novel environment-friendly wood-plastic wallboard and a preparation method thereof. The material formula of the wallboard comprises resin, straw powder, glass fibers, a coupling agent, a lubricant, an anti-aging agent and an antibacterial agent. The wallboard comprises 35-50 parts of the resin which is a mixture of 50-60 parts of PE and 50-40 parts of PP; 40-70 parts of the straw powder; 10-15 parts of the glass fibers; 5-10 parts of the coupling agent that is a silane coupling agent KH550; 1-3 parts of the lubricant formed by mixing 40-60 parts of stearic acid and 60-40 parts of paraffin. According to the wallboard and the method, the anti-aging performance of the wood-plastic wallboard is improved through the arranged anti-aging agent MB, the antibacterial performance of the wood-plastic wallboard is improved through the arranged antibacterial agent, the probability that the wood-plastic wallboard is aged and mildewed outdoors is reduced, and the use experience of a user is improved.
