Cement concrete pavement construction method and equipment
The invention discloses a cement concrete pavement construction method, which comprises the following steps of: 1) excavating a curve subgrade which inclines towards the inner side; 2) arranging a plurality of vertically downward first anchoring parts and a plurality of obliquely downward second anchoring parts on the outer side edge of the subgrade, disposing a plurality of vertically downward third anchoring parts on the inner side edge of the subgrade, compacting the bottom of the subgrade, laying a steel bar framework on the subgrade, and laying a reinforcing net on the steel bar framework, wherein steel rods in the first anchoring parts are fixed to the steel bar framework and the outer side edge of the reinforcing net, steel rods in the second anchoring parts are fixed to the outer side edge of the reinforcing net, and steel rods in the third anchoring parts are fixed to the steel bar framework and the inner side edge of the reinforcing net; and 3) pouring cement concrete on thereinforcing net, compacting the cement concrete by vibration through a vibrator, covering a paved pavement inclining towards the inner side with a ventilation film for shaping, and performing drying and hardening. The constructed pavement can resist lateral impact force and reduce pavement damage.
本发明公开了一种水泥混凝土路面的施工方法,包括:1)开挖弯道路基,路基向内侧倾斜;2)在路基的外侧边上设置有多个垂直向下的第一锚固件和多个倾斜向下的第二锚固件,路基的内侧边上设置有多个垂直向下的第三锚固件,压实路基底部,在路基上铺设钢筋架构,在钢筋架构上铺设加强网,其中,第一锚固件内的钢杆与钢筋架构和加强网外侧边固定,第二锚固件内的钢杆与加强网外侧边固定,第三锚固件内的钢杆与钢筋架构和加强网的内侧边固定;3)在加强网的上方浇筑水泥混凝土,采用振动器将水泥混凝土振实,铺平的路面为向内侧倾斜的路面,覆盖通气薄膜定型,待干结即可。本发明施工的路面可以对抗侧向冲击力,减少路面损坏。
