Sand-washing colored concrete floor manufacturing process
The invention provides a sand-washing colored concrete floor manufacturing process. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: cleaning a base floor of a site, and paying off to controlthe elevation of the site; carrying out formwork erecting and bin dividing on the colored concrete ground; pouring surface layer colored concrete, vibrating and flattening, and trowelling and smoothing; when the colored concrete reaches a final setting state, covering the surface of the colored concrete with a film attached with a retarder, and standing for a period of time in a state that the surface of the retarder faces downwards; uncovering the film, and using a high-pressure water gun to wash away cement laitance which delays hydration reaction after the surface of the colored concrete isacted by the retarder; after the maintenance period is reached, performing expansion joint paying-off, and starting expansion joint cutting; and cleaning the ground is cleaned, coating the surface layer with a sealant in a rolling mode, and pouring the sub-bin structural joints with the sealant. When the manufacturing process is used for large-area sand-washing colored concrete ground construction, the sand-washing surface effect can be well controlled, the construction efficiency is improved, the construction difficulty and the labor intensity are reduced, the engineering cost is reduced, and the energy-saving and environment-friendly requirements are met.
本发明提供一种洗沙彩色混凝土地面制作工艺，清理场地基层地面，放线控制场地标高；进行彩色混凝土地面的支模分仓；浇筑面层彩色混凝土，进行振捣振平，抹平收光；待彩色混凝土达到终凝状态时，将附着缓凝剂的薄膜覆盖在彩色混凝土表面，缓凝剂面朝下，静置一段时间；揭开薄膜，使用高压水枪冲洗掉彩色混凝土表面被缓凝剂作用后延迟水化反应的水泥浮浆；达到养护期后，进行伸缩缝放线，并开始伸缩缝切割；清洗地面，在面层上滚涂封闭剂，并对分仓结构缝进行灌封胶。使用本发明的制作工艺，在进行大面积洗沙彩色混凝土地面施工时，能很好地控制洗沙表面效果，提高施工效率，降低施工难度和人力强度，降低工程成本，符合节能环保要求。
