The invention discloses a rapid breaking device for concrete in an anchoring area of a high-grade highway expansion joint. According to the invention, a foldable drilling frame is arranged on the anchoring area, a plurality of water drills are arranged on the foldable drilling frame, the water drills drill a plurality of drill holes in the anchoring area, crushers are installed in the drill holes,the crushers are blocked through blocking plugs located at the ends of the drill holes, the crushers are led out of the drill holes through branch firing lines, and the branch firing lines are connected in series and then connected with a main firing line. According to the rapid breaking device for the concrete in the anchoring area of the high-grade highway expansion joint, the breaking time ofthe anchoring area can be shortened to 1.5 hours or less, 1.5-2.5 hours can be saved compared with traditional breaking with manual air pick, and the labor intensity of workers is low.
