The invention relates to a prefabricated and assembled pier. The pier comprises a stand column and cross beam, wherein a stand column part steel plate, a thickened steel plate and a rubber cylinder are arranged on the upper end surface of the stand column; reinforcing steel bars in the stand column upwards penetrate through the stand column part steel plate and then penetrate through a lower reinforcing steel bar connecting through hole in the thickened steel plate; the thickened steel plate is provided with a water retaining ring; a connecting steel ring is arranged on a pier part steel plate; a supporting block is arranged on cross beam and is provided with a beam part steel plate; steel bars in the supporting block are arranged in the cross beam part steel plate in a penetrating manner;the cross beam part steel plate is provided with a steel limiting head arranged in an upper steel bar connecting through hole in the thickened steel plate in a penetrating manner; a concrete shell ispoured outside the cross beam part steel plate, the connecting steel ring and the stand column part steel plate; the steel bars in the stand column, the thickened steel plate and the cross beam partsteel plate are poured together through a cement layer; and the connecting steel ring, the stand column part steel plate, a thickened steel pipe and the cross beam part steel plate are connected together through a brazing layer formed by brazing. The problem that a construction period is long due to the fact that an existing cross beam is prefabricated on a stand column on site in the prior art issolved in the invention.
本发明涉及一种预制组装的桥墩,包括立柱和横梁,立柱的上端面上设有立柱部钢板、增厚钢板和橡胶筒,立柱内的钢筋向上贯穿立柱部钢板后穿设在增厚钢板上的下钢筋连接通孔内,增厚钢板设有挡水环,桥墩部钢板上设有连接钢环,横梁设有支撑块,支撑块设有横梁部钢板,支撑块内的钢筋穿设在横梁部钢板内,横梁部钢板设有穿设在增厚钢板上的上钢筋连接通孔内的钢限位头,横梁部钢板、连接钢环和立柱部钢板外浇筑有混凝土外壳,立柱内的钢筋、增厚钢板和横梁部钢板通过水泥层浇筑在一起,连接钢环、立柱部钢板、增厚钢管和横梁部钢板通过钎焊而形成的钎焊层连接在一起。本发明解决了现有的横梁在立柱上现场预制所存在的施工周期长的问题。
