Large-tonnage towerless cable anchoring and transverse moving device
The invention discloses a large-tonnage towerless cable anchoring and transverse moving device. The device includes a concrete foundation, a supporting seat is arranged on the concrete foundation; a prefabricated left-hand thread seat is arranged at the rear end of the supporting seat; a clamping groove is formed between the supporting seat and the prefabricated left-hand thread seat; a cable anchoring sliding seat is buckled and supported on the supporting seat; a left-hand thread beam is arranged at the bottom of the rear end of the cable anchoring sliding seat; the front end of the cable anchoring sliding seat is a main cable anchoring end beam; lug plates are fixed to the outer side faces of the main cable anchoring end beams; a main cable penetrates through the lug plates; sliding rails are fixed to the front end and the rear side face of the top face of the supporting seat and the bottom face of the horizontal end of the prefabricated left-hand thread seat respectively and make contact with the surface of the cable anchoring sliding seat and the surface of the rear left-hand thread beam; the left end and the right end of the concrete foundation are each provided with a counter-force pedestal; and traction devices are arranged on the counter-force pedestals and connected with the cable anchoring sliding seat. The device does not need to build a cable bent tower and does not need to arrange a back cable. Operation safety on the ground is high, horizontal pulling force is used for pulling transverse movement, and movement is convenient.
本发明公开了一种大吨位无塔缆索锚固横移装置,包括有混凝土基础,混凝土基础上设有支承座,支承座后端设有预制反扣座,支承座与预制反扣座之间形成卡槽,支承座上扣合支承有缆索锚固滑座,缆索锚固滑座后端底部设有后部反扣梁,缆索锚固滑座的前端为主缆锚固端梁,主缆锚固端梁外侧面固定有耳板,耳板上穿入主缆,支承座的顶面前端以及后侧面,还有预制反扣座水平端底面各固定有1根滑轨,滑轨与缆索锚固滑座和后部反扣梁表面接触,混凝土基础左、右两端各设置有1个反力台座,反力台座上设有牵引装置,牵引装置与缆索锚固滑座连接。该装置不需要建造索塔,不需要设置背索。在地面操作安全性较高,而且使用水平拉力拉动横移,移动比较方便。
