The invention relates to an internal mud removing construction process for an offshore wind power booster station steel pipe pile. The internal mud removing construction process comprises the steps that S1, the depth of soil in the steel pipe pile (2) is measured; S2, a gas lifting type mud pump is positioned; S3, the gas lifting type mud pump is hoisted, wherein lifting rope sets (65) are arranged on a first lifting lug (61), a second lifting lug (62), a third lifting lug (63) and a fourth lifting lug (64) correspondingly, one ends of the four lifting rope sets (65) are connected to a liftinghook (1) of a crane vessel, the gas lifting type mud pump is hoisted to the preset position of the steel pipe pile (2), and the mud pumping end of a first guide pipe (31) obliquely stretches into thesteel pipe pile (2) until the mud pumping end of the first guide pipe (31) is inserted into the mud face of the steel pipe pile (2); and S4, a gas conveying assembly (4) and a water conveying assembly (5) are started. The internal mud removing construction process has the following advantages that the mud pumping efficiency and the mud pumping thoroughness are improved, and therefore the bearingcapacity of the steel pile is guaranteed.
