The invention relates to the technical field of port engineering, in particular to a high-pile beam slab type wharf top layer beam slab concrete construction process. The process comprises the following steps that I-shaped steel is flatly laid on a steel pipe pile, and a scaffold is erected on the I-shaped steel; the scaffold is pre-pressed with a water bag, wherein the pre-pressing weight is equal to the load weight during pouring of a top layer beam; a formwork is built on the scaffold and the top layer beam is poured, after concrete of the top layer beam reaches 80% or higher of designed strength, top plate concrete is poured secondarily; and construction is sequentially performed from a structural section on the downstream side to a structural section on the upstream side. According tothe process, the construction process of beam slab separated pouring is adopted, namely, first-time concrete is poured to the bottom elevation of a top plate, after the concrete of the top layer beamreaches 80% or higher of the design strength, the top plate concrete is poured secondarily, and the construction safety and the engineering quality are guaranteed.
本发明涉及港口工程的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种高桩梁板式码头顶层梁板混凝土施工工艺,包括以下步骤:在钢管桩上平铺工字钢,在工字钢上搭设脚手架;用水袋预压脚手架,预压重量为顶层梁浇筑时荷载重量;在脚手架上搭建模板并浇筑顶层梁,待顶层梁的混凝土达到设计强度的80%以上后,二次浇筑顶板砼;从下游侧的结构段向上游侧的结构段依次进行施工。本发明采取梁板分开浇筑的施工工艺,即首次混凝土浇筑至顶板底标高,待顶层梁的混凝土达到设计强度的80%以上后,二次浇筑顶板砼,保证了施工安全和工程质量。
