The invention discloses a consolidation grouting construction test method applied to a dam foundation. The consolidation grouting construction test method applied to the dam foundation comprises the steps that firstly, conducting measurement and setting out, wherein water pressing holes and grouting holes are marked on a cover weight concrete area of the dam foundation; secondly, conducting hole drilling operation, wherein the water pressing holes and the grouting holes are drilled; thirdly, flushing the drilled holes, wherein the drilled holes are flushed with pressurized water before a packer permeability test; fourthly, conducting the packer permeability test, wherein the water permeation conditions under different water pressures of rock mass at the positions of each water pressing hole and each grouting hole are obtained; fifthly, conducting grouting, wherein a gradual pressure rising method is adopted to pour cement paste; sixthly, conducting the packer permeability test on eachwater pressing hole; and seventhly, sealing the grouting holes. According to the consolidation grouting construction test method applied to the dam foundation, by means of the steps of arranging the relative position hole arrangement manner of the water pressing holes and the grouting holes, conducting the packer permeability test on the water pressing holes and the grouting holes and pouring thecement paste, the consolidation grouting test can be more conveniently conducted, permeation data are obtained, and the basis is provided for reinforcing the dam foundation and keeping the dam stable.
本发明公开一种应用于大坝坝基的固结灌浆施工试验方法,包括:步骤1,测量放样,在所述大坝坝基的盖重混凝土区域上标定压水孔和灌浆孔;步骤2,钻孔作业,对所述压水孔和所述灌浆孔进行钻孔;步骤3,钻孔冲洗,在压水前用压力水冲洗钻孔;步骤4,压水试验,获得每个所述压水孔和所述灌浆孔处的岩体在不同的水压下的透水情况;步骤5,灌浆采用逐步升压法进行水泥浆灌注;步骤6:对所述压水孔进行压水试验;步骤7:封灌浆孔。本发明所述施工试验方法通过配置压水孔和灌浆孔的相对位置布孔方式、对压水孔和灌浆孔进行压水试验及水泥浆灌注的步骤,能够更便利的进行固结灌浆试验,获得渗透数据,为加固坝基基础、保持大坝的稳定提供依据。
