The invention discloses a device preventing water drainage pipes from being blocked. The device comprises a box body, a cavity with an upward opening is formed in the box body, the water drainage pipes located at the upper end of the box body are fixedly arranged in the cavity in a left-right symmetry mode, a water drainage cavity with a leftward opening is formed in the water drainage pipe on the left side, a roller cavity is formed in the position, located on the right side of the water drainage cavity on the left side, above the cavity, a rolling device is arranged in the cavity, the lowerside of the cavity communicates with a crushing cavity, pushing cavities with openings communicating with the crushing cavity are formed in the crushing cavity in a left-right symmetry mode, and bevel gear cavities are formed in the sides, away from the crushing cavity, of the push cavities and located on the upper sides of the push cavities. According to the device, garbage blockage in water drainage pipe filter screens is treated, large garbage is crushed in advance and then is smashed, the garbage is changed into particles, and therefore, the water drainage pipes are not blocked any longer; and the barrel wall is self-cleaned, so that the situation that the garbage is attached to the barrel wall to block the water drainage pipes again is avoided.
