Integrated prefabricated pump station
The invention provides an integrated prefabricated pump station. The integrated prefabricated pump station comprises a pump station barrel, a submersible pump, a maintenance table and a silt stirringdevice. The submersible pump is arranged in the pump station barrel, the maintenance table is arranged on the middle upper portion of the pump station barrel, and the silt device is arranged at the bottom of the pump station barrel. A filter screen is arranged above the silt stirring device, and the filter screen is located between the submersible pump and a water inlet. The silt stirring device comprises a motor, a stirring box, a dirt outlet, a dirt inlet and a turntable, wherein the dirt outlet and the dirt inlet are formed in the outer walls of the two sides of the stirring box, the motoris fixed to the upper portion of the stirring box, the output end of the motor is connected with a rotating shaft, the turntable sleeves the rotating shaft, cutter heads are arranged around the rotating shaft, the number of the cutter heads is seven, and the cutter heads are fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the upper end of the turntable. According to the prefabricated pump station, the silt stirring device is arranged at the bottom of the pump station, so that silt can be quickly stirred into a suspension, hard solid in the silt can be broken into pieces and washed out, and operation of the pump station is prevented from being affected by accumulation of mixtures at the bottom of the pump station.
