The efficient energy-dissipation tensile self-resetting support comprises a fixed limiting guide rod, an upper connecting plate, an upper fixed plate, an upper movable limiting energy-dissipation guide plate, a lower movable limiting energy-dissipation guide plate and a lower limiting energy-dissipation connecting plate, wherein the upper connecting plate, the upper fixed plate, the upper movable limiting energy-dissipation guide plate, the lower movable limiting energy-dissipation guide plate and the lowerlimiting energy-dissipation connecting plate are arranged in sequence; the upper fixed plate, the upper movable limiting energy-dissipation guide plate and the lower movable limiting energy-dissipation guide plate are matched to form support energy-dissipation tensile self-resetting core structures, and an energy-dissipation tensile self-resetting assembly is arranged in each support energy-dissipation tensile self-resetting core structure; and the energy-dissipation tensile self-resetting assemblies are connected with the upper fixed plate, the upper movable limiting energy-dissipation guideplate and the lower movable limiting energy-dissipation guide plate. The efficient energy-dissipation tensile self-resetting support has vertical shock/vibration isolation capacity, when the support is pulled, and the efficient energy-dissipation tensile self-resetting support has elastic self-resetting tensile capacity, so that the support is prevented from being vertically pulled to be damaged or being lifted to lose efficacy, and an upper structure or a device is prevented from overturning; and the efficient, stable and reliable energy consumption capacity is achieved, and the safety of theupper structure or the device is further protected.
