The invention provides an abutted seam mounting structure of a GRG ceiling plate. Firstly, two veneers and at least one clamping part are arranged, an abutted seam is formed between the two veneers, the clamping part is located in the abutted seam, a first clamping part and a second clamping part are formed on the two opposite ends, in the width direction, of the clamping part, the two veneers areclamped in the first clamping part and the second clamping part correspondingly, a partial material in at least one clamping part is shape memory alloy, or all materials in at least one clamping partare shape memory alloy, the invention further provides an abutted seam mounting method of the GRG ceiling plate, compared with the prior art that the shape memory alloy is used for making a clampingpart on the abutted seam position of the veneers, deforming space is provided for the plate, the plate can be prevented from being damaged due to heat expansion and cold shrinkage, and meanwhile, a clamping structure of the clamping parts and the plate is firmer and more stable.
本发明提供了一种GRG吊顶板材的拼缝安装结构,首先设置了两块饰面板和至少一个卡接件,两块饰面板之间构成拼缝,卡接件位于拼缝内,卡接件的宽度方向的相对两端分别开设有第一卡接部和第二卡接部,两块饰面板分别卡接于第一卡接部和第二卡接部内,至少一个卡接件中的部分材质为形状记忆合金,或至少一个卡接件中的全部材质为形状记忆合金。本发明还提供了一种GRG吊顶板材的拼缝安装方法。本发明相较于现有技术用形状记忆合金材料打造饰面板拼缝处的卡接件,给板材提供形变的空间,避免热胀冷缩损坏板材,同时使得卡接件与板材的卡接结构更为牢固稳定。
