Shading cloth iselastically wound in the storage box. A flexible solar panel is laid on the upper end surface of the shading cloth. Multi-stage telescopic rods are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the storage box. Telescopic ejector rods are arranged below the multi-stage telescopic rods. Driving motors are fixedly mounted on wall bodies on two sides. The output ends of the driving motors are rotatablyconnected with winding wheel discs. Cables are connected between the winding wheel discs and the shading cloth. One side of a window is provided with a driving telescopic rod, and one end of the driving telescopic rod is provided with a scraping plate. A storage battery is further mounted on the wall body. According to the efficient and energy-saving building outer wall shading device, the shadingangle of the shading cloth can be adjusted, and the shading area of the shading cloth can be adjusted as well; the flexible solar panel is used for converting light energy into electric energy as a power source supplied to the driving motors and the driving telescopic rod, so that energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved; and the scraping plate is driven by the driving telescopic rod to clean the window, and the cleanliness of the window is improved.
