The support part is located under a floorslab; the templates are located between the floorslab and the support part; the anchor plates are located on one sides, far away from the support part, of the templates; the templates are provided with positioning nails located around the anchor plates and used for positioning the anchor plates; the positioning nails penetrate through the templates and are inserted into the support part; the bolts are fixedly connected with one sides, far away from the templates, of the anchor plates; the bolts are symmetrically arranged on the anchor plates; the pressing plates are located above a steel beam and are slidably connected with the bolts; the nuts and the top ends of the bolts are in threaded connection; and the nuts are in butt joint with the upper surfaces of the pressing plates.
