The invention discloses a feed port template. The feed port template comprises first supporting plates and at least one second supporting plate for connecting to the first supporting plates. The firstsupporting plates comprise first main parts and first connecting side ends connected to the edges of the first main parts, each second supporting plate comprises a second main part and a second connecting side end and a free side end connected to the edges of the second main parts, the second connecting side end of each second supporting plate is used for connecting the first connecting side endsof the first supporting plates, and the free side end of each second supporting plate and the first connecting side ends of the first supporting plates are used for jointly enclosing to form slots. The feed port template is connected by a plurality of supporting plates, the structure is simple, the batch processing is easy, so that the quality is improved, and the cost is reduced. In addition, the invention further provides a feed port template assembly and an assembly method thereof.
