The invention discloses a device and method capable of achieving vehicle alignment in a parking system. The device comprises a cross beam, longitudinal beams, carrier walking rails, pedals, blocking devices, blocking block supporting grooves and alignment rollers. A main platform is formed by the cross beam, the longitudinal beams and the pedals jointly, and the carrier walking rails and the longitudinal beams are arranged on the main platform in parallel and longitudinally penetrate through the whole main platform. Besides the alignment rollers and the carrier walking rails are arranged on the main platform, the pedals are arranged at the front, middle and rear ends of the main platform, and the pedals allow target vehicles to walk between the main platform and the ground. Front and rearwheels are independently driven and left and right wheels are synchronously driven through alignment roller drive motors, the purpose that the front and rear wheels of the target vehicles are conveyedleft and right, so that vehicle bodies are aligned is achieved, and the accuracy and safety of vehicle carriers during carrying of the target vehicles are improved. The cost can be effectively reduced, the accuracy of vehicle storage limiting can be improved through the blocking devices, and the device is simple in structural arrangement, easy to detach and convenient to mount and maintain later.
