The embodiment of the invention provides a linear walking module and an excavator and relates to the technical field of hydraulic control. The linear walking module comprises a first pressure pump, asecond pressure pump, a pilot pump, a linear walking valve element, a left walking valve element, a right walking valve element and a one-way regulation assembly. The linear walking valve element comprises a first inlet, a second inlet, a first outlet and a second outlet. The first inlet is connected with the first pressure pump. The second inlet is connected with the second pressure pump. The first outlet is connected with the right walking valve element. The second outlet is used for being connected with a first working device. The one-way regulation assembly comprises a third inlet and a third outlet. The third inlet communicates with the second outlet. The third outlet communicates with the first inlet. The one-way regulation assembly can be used for regulating flow distribution of thesecond outlet. According to the linear walking module, the flow distribution of the second outlet can be regulated, the problem of linear walking deflection can be prevented, and the linear walking module can also adapt to operation needs under different working conditions.
