The invention provides a switchboard door closing mechanism capable of avoiding the collision deformation. The cabinet comprises a cabinet body and a cabinet door, wherein a sliding plate is slidablyconnected into the cabinet body, a first magnetic sheet is fixedly embedded in a front face of the sliding plate, a second magnetic sheet is fixedly embedded in a back face of the cabinet door, a first push rod is fixedly connected with the back face of the cabinet door, a gear meshed with the hinge shaft is rotationally connected into the cabinet body, a second push rod is fixedly connected withthe right side of the gear, the top and the bottom of the sliding plate are movably connected with the cabinet body through connecting rods, and the connecting rods are movably sleeved with compression springs. In the process of closing the cabinet door, the cabinet door and the hinge shaft rotate together, a rack section drives a gear to rotate, the gear drives the second push rod to rotate, thesecond push rod rotates clockwise and then extrudes the sliding plate to move leftwards, the first magnetic sheet and the second magnetic sheet are aligned, the cabinet door and the cabinet body are attached through attraction of magnetic sheets, an operator only needs to close the cabinet door to a certain angle, and a problem that the switchboard collides and deforms due to too large force of the operator is solved.
本发明提供一种避免碰撞变形的配电盘关门机构,包括柜体和柜门,柜体的内部滑动连接有滑板,滑板的正面固定嵌接有磁片一,柜门的背面固定嵌接有磁片二,柜门的背面固定连接有推杆一,柜体的内部转动连接有与铰接轴相啮合的齿轮,齿轮的右侧固定连接有推杆二,滑板的顶部和底部均通过连杆与柜体活动连接,连杆的外侧活动套接有压簧。在关上柜门的过程中,柜门和铰接轴一起旋转,并通过齿条段带动齿轮旋转,齿轮带动推杆二旋转,推杆二顺时针旋转后挤压滑板左移,使得磁片一与磁片二对齐,磁片的吸力使得柜门与柜体贴合,操作人员只需把柜门关闭至一定角度即可,避免了操作人员因力度过大而导致配电盘碰撞变形的问题。
