A communicating hole communicated with the interior of the shell is formed in the outer side wall of the shell in a penetrating mode, a sealing mechanism is arranged at the communicating hole, a first filtering mechanism abutting against thesealing mechanism is arranged in the shell, a first guide funnel is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the shell, and a second filtering mechanism is arranged on the inner side wall of the shell.
