Dual-layer energy-saving glass automatic packaging equipment
The invention discloses dual-layer energy-saving glass automatic packaging equipment. The equipment mainly comprises a machine body, an energy-saving glass feeding and discharging rack, a glass clamping and sliding module, an aluminum frame supporting module and a gluing and glue drying module. The energy-saving glass feeding and discharging rack is mounted on the machine body. The glass clampingand sliding module is mounted above the machine body. The aluminum frame supporting module is mounted in the glass clamping and sliding module and can move together with the glass clamping and slidingmodule. The gluing and glue drying module is mounted in the glass clamping and sliding module and can move together with the glass clamping and sliding module. An aluminum frame needing to be assembled is placed in the aluminum frame supporting module. Energy-saving glass is placed in a feeding guide trough of the energy-saving glass feeding and discharging rack and is moved out of the feeding guide trough to the rear portion of the equipment through the glass clamping and sliding module, the energy-saving glass and the aluminum frame are attached on the rear portion of the equipment, then sealant is automatically smeared and is preliminarily solidified, and then the packaged energy-saving glass is conveyed out of the equipment through a discharging guide trough of the energy-saving glass feeding and discharging rack.
