According to the invention, all the components have a synergistic and comprehensive effect; the fireproof door core plate is endowed with excellent fireproof performance and environment-friendly performance; the goal of turning waste into wealth is achieved; the prepared fireproof material can resist fire for 120 minutes at a high temperature of 1040 DEG C; the requirements on the first-grade fireproof door in the standard are met; the limit temperature of fire resistance is as high as 1250 DEG C, the transverse shear strength can reach 8-10 MPa, and the tensile strength perpendicular to the surface can reach 0.8-2 MPa or above. In addition, use of magnesite materials is avoided, the adverse phenomena of moisture absorption, efflorescence and the like of the fireproof door core plate are avoided, and the fireproof door core plate has high use value and application value.
