Preparation method of expanded perlite insulation board
The invention discloses a preparation method of an expanded perlite insulation board. The preparation method of the expanded perlite insulation board comprises the following specific steps: (1) preparation of an adhesive: mixing and stirring an organic adhesive, an inorganic adhesive, aluminum hydroxide and water according to a weight ratio of 10: 7: 3: 12 to obtain an adhesive solution; (2) burdening: mixing and stirring the adhesive solution obtained in the step (1) and expanded perlite according to a weight ratio of 1: 4 to obtain a mixture; (3) molding: subjecting the mixture obtained in the step (2) to standing for 8-12 minutes, putting the mixture into a mold, and performing compression molding; (4) drying: feeding an expanded perlite insulation board molded in the step (3) into a drying oven, then raising the temperature of the drying oven to 230 DEG C and keeping the temperature for 2 hours; and (5) cooling: cooling the dried expanded perlite insulation board to room temperature. The expanded perlite insulation board prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has good pressure resistance and insulation performance.
