A specific preparation process of the modified additive comprises the following steps: adding an allyl ammonium sulfonate monomer, ammonium persulfate and water into a reaction kettle at the same time, carrying out stirring for dissolving, carrying out heating to 70 DEG C, dropwise adding vinyl acetate and mercaptosulfuric acid into a reaction container, controlling the dropwise addition to be finished within 1 hour, carrying out a heat-preserved reaction for 2-2.5 hours, and stopping heating so as to obtain the modification additive. According to the prepared modification additive, a grinding assisting effect can be achieved through charge dispersion effect; a part of ester groups can be quickly hydrolyzed while a part of ester groups can be slowly hydrolyzed in an alkaline solution; the grinding assisting effect can be achieved, and a high water reducing effect can be achieved at the same time; and the fluidity of cement paste can be maintained by controlling the hydrolysis speed of the ester groups, so slump loss caused by the rapid loss of water in the concrete can be prevented.
本发明公开了一种水泥改性添加剂,该改性添加剂的具体制备过程如下:将丙烯基磺酸氨单体、过硫酸铵和水同时加入反应釜中,搅拌溶解后升温至70℃后向反应容器中滴加乙酸乙烯酯和巯基硫酸,控制1h内滴加完,然后保温反应2‑2.5h后停止加热,得到改性添加剂。本发明制备的改性添加剂既能够通过电荷分散作用实现助磨的效果,同时又能够在碱性溶液中快速的水解一部分酯基以及缓慢的水解一部分酯基,不仅能够实现助磨的效果,同时能够实现较高的减水效果,并且通过控制酯基的水解速度能够保持水泥浆体的流动度,防止混凝土中水分损失过快,造成坍落度损失。
